The website forms ("Talk about a project" and "Careers") are processed by the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co), which forwards the messages and attachments by email to the Fteam team and may operate outside Brazil, which constitutes an international data transfer carried out under Article 33 of the LGPD.
There are currently no CRM, analytics, or advertising tools installed that receive this data. This section will be updated if new integrations are put into operation.
Résumés/CVs and data registered in the talent pool are retained for up to 12 months from the date of registration. After this period, the data is deleted, or interest and consent are requested again.
All other data is kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose that motivated its collection, with reasonable measures in place to protect against unauthorized access.
The data subject may request access, correction, update, or deletion of their data at any time, through the privacy contact channel indicated below.
