Mobbi: a platform to organize every vehicle’s history in one place
Fteam led the development of Mobbi end-to-end, applying the CUBO Methodology to turn a need from the automotive market into a structured digital platform for tracking vehicles, information, and services over time.
A platform built to turn scattered information into an organized history
Mobbi was born from a common problem in the automotive world: important information about a vehicle tends to be scattered across documents, receipts, maintenance records, conversations, and the owner’s memory.
The solution proposes a digital environment where users can organize their vehicle and build a clearer history throughout its useful life. The product brings together vehicle registration, service and maintenance records, documents, and information that help owners better track what has happened to that vehicle.
More than a logging app, Mobbi structures a continuous journey. The technology follows the vehicle through different moments, including when information needs to be checked, proven, or transferred.
How do you turn a vehicle’s useful life into a simple digital journey?
The challenge was not just to create screens for registering a car. It was to organize different types of information into an experience that made sense for people with very different levels of familiarity with technology and vehicle maintenance.
Vehicles accumulate events over time: inspections, replacements, services, documents, receipts, and changes of ownership. When this data has no single structure, an important part of the vehicle’s history gets lost.
The project needed to turn this complexity into a straightforward experience, one where users would quickly understand what to record, where to look things up, and how to keep the history up to date.
A project led end-to-end by Fteam
Fteam took on the complete build of Mobbi, leading product, experience, architecture, development, quality, and evolution within a single project structure.
The CUBO Methodology guided execution: understanding the problem before building, structuring the journeys, organizing the technical foundation, developing progressively, validating quality, and preparing the solution to keep evolving.
This model reduces fragmentation between strategy, design, and engineering. Instead of different fronts working in isolation, all of them answer to the same product goal.
How the solution works
Vehicle organization
Users centralize the main information about their vehicle in a single environment.
Service history
Maintenance and services can form a more organized timeline of the vehicle’s useful life.
Documents and receipts
Important files and records stay linked to the vehicle’s context.
Continuity of information
The goal is to preserve the vehicle’s history for future lookups and moments in its journey.
Technology put into operation
The main result of this case is the transformation of a market need into a complete digital product, with a structured experience for recurring use.
Mobbi demonstrates Fteam’s ability to start from an open-ended problem, organize product and technology, and carry the solution through to a usable delivery, while leaving room for continuous evolution.
What Mobbi demonstrates about Custom Technology
Custom Technology does not start with code. It starts with understanding an operation, an audience, and a problem that generic tools cannot solve the way it needs to be solved.
In Mobbi, Fteam took responsibility for the project end-to-end. It’s this same model that can be applied when a company needs to turn specific rules, processes, or opportunities into technology of its own.
When should you develop a similar solution?
- When the operation has its own rules that do not fit well into off-the-shelf tools.
- When important information is scattered and needs to be centralized.
- When there is a specific journey for customers, teams, or partners that needs to be digitized.
- When the company wants to build its own technology, ready to receive new features over time.

Your idea can also become real technology.
If your company has a process, product, or opportunity that needs a solution of its own, Fteam can help structure the path from initial understanding all the way to technology in operation.
