Pass7: a platform to organize the event journey from registration to credentialing

Fteam developed Pass7 end-to-end, applying the CUBO Methodology to turn event processes into a platform that centralizes registrations, participants, check-in, credentialing, and management.

An entire event operation in a single environment

Organizing events requires controlling registrations, categories, slots, participants, communication, and credentialing. When these steps depend on spreadsheets and disconnected tools, the operation grows in complexity and rework.

Pass7 was created to centralize this journey. The platform lets organizations structure recurring or one-off events with a clearer view of the participant and the operation.

The product is not limited to a registration form. The goal is to follow the event from its setup through check-in and credentialing.

How do you digitize an operation that changes with every event?

Events can have very different rules, audiences, categories, and needs from one another. The technology needs to offer standardization without making the operation rigid.

The challenge was to build a reusable foundation for different scenarios, preserving simplicity for both organizers and registrants.

This required turning normally manual processes into configurable flows, while keeping a clear view of participants, slots, and journey stages.

Product, experience, and engineering driven by a single methodology

Fteam was responsible for the complete development of Pass7. The project followed the stages of the CUBO Methodology, connecting planning, UX/UI, architecture, development, quality, and support.

The build began with understanding event operations and the different profiles involved. From there, the rules were turned into journeys, modules, and features capable of serving distinct scenarios.

The end-to-end approach also prepares the product to evolve without depending on rebuilds for every new need.

How Pass7 organizes the event journey

  • Creation and setup

The organizer structures data, rules, categories, slots, and event information.

  • Registrations and participants

Sign-ups and participants are centralized for tracking the operation.

  • Check-in

The journey continues at the event, supporting attendance and access control.

  • Credentialing

The platform organizes the reception and identification stage for participants.

  • Recurring management

The same foundation can support different events throughout the year.

Less dependence on manual processes

Pass7 turns a naturally fragmented operation into a centralized platform, reducing dependence on spreadsheets and disconnected tools.

The result of the project is a technology foundation ready to support different events and journey stages, from creation to in-person operation.

What Pass7 shows about Fteam

When an operation has many rules and steps, the challenge is not simply digitizing forms. It is understanding how people work and turning that logic into technology that stays simple to use.

This is exactly where Fteam operates: translating processes into product, organizing architecture, and driving delivery until the technology is ready to be used and evolved.

When can a custom platform replace scattered processes?

  • When spreadsheets sustain critical operations.
  • When different tools are needed to complete a single journey.
  • When rules vary by unit, event, client, or audience.
  • When the company needs to gain traceability without adding complexity for the user.

This case connects mainly to the following Fteam areas:

Does your operation still depend on several different tools to work?

Fteam can turn fragmented processes into a platform built around the rules and journeys of your business.
